v1.0.1 Bug fixes

Bugs:

• Changed pick up / drop food key to E / Space.
• Fixed “bug” where food requested doesn’t spawn (they do. But they were hiding behind buildings).

Other fixes:

• Added ability to see food that has been delivered.
